Carleen Carter

Carleen Carter is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Serenity EHS, Inc. since July 2022, Carleen previously held leadership roles at Acorio, including Certified Master Architect and Director of Technology Initiatives, where responsibilities included product ownership of ServiceNow’s internal instance and collaboration across departments to enhance organizational efficiency. Carleen also served as Director of Technical Consultants and Solutions, focusing on mentoring and project alignment with business requirements. Prior experience includes a directorial role at Efficient Technology, LLC, and various positions at ServiceNow and CSC, with a solid foundation in technical consulting and asset management. Carleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from San Diego State University.
