Serenity Yoga Center is affiliated with the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.  We offer daily group Yoga classes for all levels of comfort and experience.  

Our studio is fully equipped with everything you'll need to further your practice in a welcoming environment of highly-trained instructors.  We encourage a mindful awareness of the body, a focus echoed in a Kripalu Mantra: Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, Allow.
