Jérôme Garcin is a Functional Safety Manager currently working with Volvo Group on e-Powertrain systems for e-Trucks since 2024. With extensive experience in safety activities since 2014, they led the Safety department at Chassis Brakes International, overseeing a team of twelve and implementing ISO 26262 standards. Additionally, they have contributed to A-SPICE project activities and conducted training on ISO 26262 as a formateur for the Société des Ingénieurs de l'Automobile. Jérôme holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Sûreté de fonctionnement from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées, obtained in 2014.
