Mark Bedard

Mark Bedard has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Mark currently serves as the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Placements Sergakis Inc. Mark previously worked as a Real Estate Consultant at 9333-2476 Quebec Inc. and as a Senior Leasing and Property Manager at Rosdev Group. Before that, they were the Vice President of Leasing and Operations at Canpro Investments, where they oversaw marketing, leasing, and property management activities for multiple properties. Mark has also held positions as Director of Leasing at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT, Portfolio Manager of Leasing at BLJC, Leasing Director at Magil Laurentienne, Leasing Manager at Oxford Properties Group, and Leasing Representative at Canderel.

Mark Bedard obtained their first certification as an Affiliated Real Estate Agent from the College Immobilier de Montreal in 1987. Later, in 2004-2005, they attended Collège d'enseignement en immobilier (C.E.I.) and earned a Chartered Real Estate Broker degree.
