Miriam Phillips

Miriam Phillips is an experienced leader in church ministry and organizational development, currently serving as the Pastor of Vision & Next Steps and Interim Executive Pastor at Crossroads International Church of The Hague since May 2018. With extensive experience in leadership roles, including Specialist for Leadership Development Training at Serge and previous positions as Executive and Co-Senior Pastor at Crossroads International Church of Amsterdam, Miriam has a strong focus on coaching, training, and developing individuals and teams. Educational qualifications include a Master in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and a BS in Psychology and Literature from the University of the State of New York Regents College. Additionally, Miriam has contributed to various organizations in roles that emphasize program development, project management, and holistic support for vulnerable populations.
