David Rosen

David Rosen is currently the Founder of The Rosen Team at SERHANT., a position held since 2024, aligning with Ryan Serhant. Prior to this role, David founded The Rosen Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, where experience began with a short sale in TriBeCa and included serving as Josh Rubin's right-hand man from 2011 to 2015. David also founded Homesaver Real Estate in response to the financial crisis, collaborating with Cathy Nielsen. Earlier in his career, David held the position of Senior Vice President at Green Light Real Estate, contributing to over $400 million in residential real estate sales nationally from 2005 to 2008. David obtained a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design, completing the degree from 2000 to 2003.
