Devon O’Toole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and marketing within the real estate and entertainment industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at SERHANT. since November 2023, Devon previously held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at The Durst Organization and Project Manager for New Development Rentals at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Earlier roles include On-Site Sales Agent for various developments and New Development Agent at Douglas Elliman. Devon’s career began in the music industry as a Marketing and Branding Manager at Noire Records and an A&R representative at Epic Records. Devon is pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development at Fordham University, following a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Arts Management from Purchase College, SUNY.
