Currently a Founding Member of The Steiner Team at SERHANT. since January 2023, Lesley previously excelled as an Associate Broker at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, leading the #1 rental team in Manhattan and overseeing a team of six agents. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Bond New York and Century 21 NY Metro, where Lesley was also a founding member of various successful teams. With a solid foundation in retail management, Lesley's career spans over two decades, beginning in the beauty industry with positions at H2O Plus, Shiseido, Origins, and Lancome. Education was completed at Great Neck North from 1974 to 1977.
