Ryan Bress

Ryan Bress has a comprehensive background in real estate finance and capital markets, currently serving in roles at MDC Holdings Inc. as well as advisory positions with Crib Equity and Serif since 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Vice President at Kennedy Lewis Investment Management LLC, focusing on originating and underwriting residential real estate development investments. At Hovnanian Enterprises, from 2015 to 2021, Ryan directed corporate finance activities, leading numerous capital transactions for residential developments and managing joint venture portfolios. Earlier experiences include analytical roles at Coral Reef Capital and Blackstone Group, where Ryan contributed to private equity investments and hedge fund financial audits, respectively. Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University.
