Amanda Derks

Amanda Derks, PHR, currently serves as a Recruiting Business Partner at Serigraph, focusing on talent planning and strategic recruitment efforts to align with company culture and values. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Recruiting Business Partner at MRA - The Management Association, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and building relationships with member companies. Amanda’s earlier experiences include serving as an Admissions Counselor at Marian University, where recruitment of adult and online students was a key focus, and various roles within the State of Wisconsin's Department of Corrections, including Offender Classification Specialist and Captain, overseeing security and staff management. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Marian University and a Master's degree in Counseling from Lakeland University.
