Ben Bender

Ben Bender has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. From 1997 to 2006, they worked at Pronto Progress as a Project Leader. In this role, they led various projects within the company. In 2006, they joined Serigraph as an Application Manager, Information Systems, where they utilized their 23 years of experience leading and developing technical solutions for complex business applications. During their tenure at Serigraph, they held multiple roles, including Continuous Improvement Leader and Director of Sales Operations. As the Continuous Improvement Leader, they led improvement projects, mentored problem solvers, and drove a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. As the Director of Sales Operations, they oversaw the specialty front sales office, managing P&L, budgeting, program management, customer service, order planning, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and margin management.
