Luis Ramirez Ruiz has a diverse work experience history. Luis started their career at Carvel Print Serigraph Inc. in 1998 as a Purchasing and Logistics Manager before moving up to become the Operations Director in 1999. Luis worked at Carvel Print Serigraph Inc. until 2014. In 1998, they also began working as the VP of Operations at Serigraph Mexico, a position they held until 2015. From 2005 to 2011, they served as the General Director of the POP Division at Serigraph. In 2014, they became the General Manager of Metamorfosis & DG SA de CV, where they were in charge of the entire Mexican operation. Currently, they hold the position of VP Operations Mexico at Serigraph, where they are responsible for various aspects of the company's operations, including manufacturing, HR, administration, financials, quality, and engineering.

Luis Ramirez Ruiz's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, which they obtained from 1979 to 1984. In 2003, they acquired a diploma in Norma ISO 9000:2000 from CANACINTRA Querétaro. In 2005, they received a diploma in "Innovative Thinking and Killer Factoring: Introduction to Lean Thinking" from Simpler Consulting/Milwaukee. In 2006, they pursued a diploma in Lean Manufacturing to Gain Competitive Advantage from ISA Educational & Professional Development. In 2008, they obtained a diploma in Business Administration and Management from EDUCAP. In 2010, they pursued two diplomas simultaneously - one in Business Administration and Management from Salles Sainz Grant Thornton/Pro Vantage Consulting Group, and another in Business Administration and Management from a consultant. In 2012, they acquired a diploma in Dirección de Organizaciones from Universidad Anáhuac de Querétaro. Most recently, in 2018, they obtained an 8 D's diploma in Quality from Plexus International.
