Genevieve Yam is a Culinary Editor at Serious Eats since November 2022, where responsibilities include editorial planning, project management, recipe development, and collaboration with various teams to create content for diverse audiences. Prior to this role, Genevieve served as an Assistant Editor at Epicurious, focusing on writing, research, and audience engagement. Earlier experience includes a position as Pastry Chef de Partie at Per Se Restaurant and roles as a Pastry Cook and Culinary Extern at Blue Hill At Stone Barns. Genevieve holds a degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and completed Culinary Arts studies with a focus on Farm to Table at the International Culinary Center.
