Lynn Wolsted is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in recipe testing, food styling, and management. Currently serving as a recipe tester for Serious Eats since July 2021, Lynn has also founded Wolsted Creatives LLC, which focuses on food-based creative projects. Previous roles include food and beverage manager training consultant in Albany, Bahamas, and food stylist/chef at Haggen, Inc. Additionally, Lynn has interned at America's Test Kitchen and held various positions in the hospitality industry, including hotel manager and chef de partie at Lindblad Expeditions and Silversea Cruises, respectively. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in International Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
