Serious About Fitness is a Personal Training facility.  SAF is not group fitness.  SAF is not bootcamp.  SAF is Personal Training!  This creates an infectious, fun, high energy environment and allows us to offer cost effective packages.  

     Creating fun and effective workouts that benefit you and help you reach your health and fitness goals is what drives us.  The beauty of SAF is that there are no formal start times, your workout begins when you walk in the door.  With 80 hours of training to choose from each week, we truly are the most flexible and cost effect trainers in the area.
