Carlos Araújo is currently the CIO & CISO at Grupo Sermicro and serves as the Director of Cybersecurity Services. They began their career as a Network & CyberSecurity Consultant at Sermicro from 1995 to 2018, later taking on roles such as Head of Engineering for Cybersecurity and Manager of Cybersecurity Services. In academia, Carlos has been a Professor Tutor for practical academic courses at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Universidad Nebrija. They hold a degree in Ingeniería Técnica de Informática de Sistemas from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, completed in 2002.
