Jeff Gaglio

Jeff Gaglio has extensive work experience in market research and account management. Jeff served as the Vice President of Market Research at SERMO from September 2017 to the present. Before that, they held the same position at M3 Global Research from January 2015 to August 2017. Prior to their market research roles, Jeff worked at Nielsen Company as an Account Director from July 2014 to December 2014 and as an Account Manager for healthcare research from May 2012 to June 2014. Jeff also has experience in sales and account management, having worked at Verizon Wireless as a Major Account Manager and an Account Manager from 2005 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked at Global Crossing Telecommunications in various roles, including Regional Sales Manager, Senior Project Manager, Acting Manager, Team Leader, and Account Manager, from 1996 to 2004.

From 1992 to 1996, Jeff Gaglio attended Cedarville University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Accounting.
