Joseph Hermann

J.R. Hermann has over 30 years of work experience. Joseph (J.R.) started their career as a Manager at Enterprise Rent-a-Car from 1991 to 1995. Joseph (J.R.) then worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson in a Sales role from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2012, they worked at IMS Health, first as a Global Account Director and later as Vice President, Global Key Accounts. At IMS Health, they were responsible for global commercial leadership and management of the company's largest customer. In 2012, they joined Anthill Agency as Vice President, responsible for U.S. operations and market penetration. Joseph (J.R.) also worked as Vice President, Americas at Agnitio from 2012 to 2014 and as Senior Vice President Sales at HealthPrize Technologies from 2014 to 2017. Joseph (J.R.) then held the role of Vice President, Ratings Commercialization at SERMO from June to September 2017 before being promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial. Currently, they serve as a Board Member at Helios Technology Group, starting in January 2020.

Joseph (J.R.) Hermann has completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in General Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
