Jyoti Parmar, MPH has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jyoti started their career in 2015 as a Student Tutor and Student Worker at St. John's University. Jyoti then worked as a Graduate Assistant, where they gained experience in customer service, event scheduling, and technical support. At the same time, they also worked as a Research Assistant, transcribing and analyzing data for a photography-based project on vulnerabilities in food security and health among children in homeless shelters.

In 2017, Jyoti joined HRA - Healthcare Research & Analytics as a Market Research Analyst, contributing to healthcare market research projects. Jyoti later moved on to Sermo, starting as a Project Manager in 2018. In this role, they successfully executed qualitative and quantitative projects for priority clients and created standard operating procedures (SOPs) for specific clients. In their current role as a Team Lead, Project Management, Jyoti is responsible for the training and success of a team of employees managing both qualitative and quantitative healthcare market research projects. Jyoti conducts regular meetings to discuss projects, departmental goals, and process improvements.

In 2015, Jyoti also gained experience in the healthcare industry as an Access Services Associate at Centra State Healthcare System. Jyoti was responsible for patient registration, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating benefits, and maintaining accurate medical records.
