Kaitlin O'Hara

Kaitlin O'Hara has over 15 years of work experience in various marketing and customer success roles. Kaitlin is currently employed as a Senior Marketing Director at Sermo, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Director, Commercial at Sermo from 2021 until 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Customer Success at Verix. Kaitlin also held the position of Director, Research & Analytics at W2O Group from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they worked as the Director, Client Success at Treato from 2013 to 2018, and as the Manager, Client Services at QualityHealth from 2009 to 2013. Kaitlin began their career as an Account Executive at Marketing Technology Solutions from 2007 to 2009.
