Research Operations Director at Sermo

Manuel Astorga's work experience began in 2007 as an English teacher at BUAP, where they planned and delivered English lessons, trained peers, and developed teaching material. In 2012, Manuel started working at Sermo as a Senior Data Processor, where they ensured the timely delivery of data reports and provided data analytics assistance. Manuel then became a Senior Data Processor and Team Leader, training and monitoring a team of data processors. In 2018, Manuel became the Manager of Survey Data Operations, Americas, coordinating various teams and establishing objectives for each function. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Solutions Architect, providing technical and analytical assistance to clients. Currently, Manuel is the Research Operations Director at Sermo.

Manuel Astorga obtained a Master's Degree in International Management from Universidad de las Américas Puebla in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution in 2007-2012.
