David Constance

David Constance is the owner of Sernya Ltd Engineering Consultants, providing consultancy services to the mining, minerals, and MFC industries. Previously, David served as Operations Director at FiberLean Technologies, where they were responsible for production plant operations and design. David has extensive experience in project management and engineering, having worked for companies such as nmcn plc, Imerys Minerals Limited, and English China Clays. David also held the position of Course Manager at Cornwall College, where they taught various engineering courses. They earned a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
