Aaron B. has extensive experience in leadership roles within the medical and sales industries. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at SeroRepair since June 2025, Aaron previously held the position of VP of Sales at Multi Radiance Medical and APEX Biologix. Aaron also contributed to the growth of RegenVET in a business development capacity and served as Sales Director at Summus Medical Laser, focusing on the promotion of K-Laser therapy. As CEO of Medical Consulting Solutions, Aaron specialized in consulting on digital radiography and patient care. Earlier in the career, Aaron founded and directed multiple companies under Bakken Companies from 1995 to 2009. Additional board experience includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors at First Resource Bank from 2005 to 2008. Aaron completed studies at Minnesota School of Business from 1993 to 1995.
