Chad Anson is a seasoned legal and business leader with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as General Counsel at SerpApi, LLC since 2025, Chad previously held the roles of Vice President & Deputy General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel at Forcepoint from 2019 to 2024, where they managed litigation, intellectual property, and compliance functions. Chad's earlier experience includes a Legal Director position at Dell Inc., overseeing global patent operations from 2001 to 2017, and various associate roles at Arnold, White & Durkee and Thompson & Knight. Chad earned a JD from New York University School of Law and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
