Alexander held positions such as Head of CloudOps/DevOps CoE at Serrala, Head of IT/DevOps at a Fintech company, Senior Director IT at Acrolinx, and Head of IT Operations at DKB. Prior to this, they worked at companies like Deutsche Bank, Bombardier Transportation, and Accenture, each contributing to their expertise in IT infrastructure, process management, and consultancy. Schories has a strong background in IT governance and system integration, showcasing their leadership and management skills throughout their career.

Alexander Schories started their education in Industrial Electronics with a vocational training at Volkswagen Hannover from 1991 to 1995. Alexander then pursued a Master of Arts in Economics (European Management) from 1996 to 1999 at the University of Applied Sciences Hannover (FHDW - Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft).
