Carole Jackson is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in SAP development and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Manager and Technical Architect at Serrala since July 2008, Carole has progressed from the role of Senior Applications Developer with a focus on SAP ABAP. Prior experience includes working as a Technology Consultant at Ashland, Inc., specializing in SAP ABAP development across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Financial modules, contributing to multiple SAP implementations. Carole's earlier roles included Senior Systems Analyst at MRM Consulting, overseeing specialty chemicals manufacturing systems support, and Systems Analyst at Columbus Life Insurance Company, working on mainframe systems for annuities and universal life. Carole earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Franklin University.
