Katja Dederichs

Katja Dederichs has extensive experience in the technology industry, starting as a Software Developer at RZB GmbH in 1992. Katja then moved to Hanse Orga in 1997 as a Software Engineer and later became the Head Of Software Development in 2000. Katja joined Serrala in 2016 as the Chief Technology Officer, then advanced to SVP Technology in 2018, and currently holds the role of VP Engineering as of May 2021.

Katja Dederichs obtained their Diplom Informatikerin in Computer Software Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences from 1990 to 1995. Katja also holds certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2022 and as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
