Matthias M.

Matthias M. has a comprehensive work experience history in the field of Human Resources and Learning & Development. Matthias started as a Consultant at MTC - Management + Technologie Consultants in 2011 and later transitioned to roles at Kelly Services, Business Coach, and Hays. Matthias held positions such as HR Director, Manager, and Senior Professional in various companies before joining Serrala as the VP of Global Human Resources. Their expertise lies in talent management, coaching, training, and HR development.
