Michael Koehler

Michael Koehler has a diverse work experience history. Michael started as a Translator & Customer Service Agent at Gentle Dental Office in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Serrala as a Translator & Presales Consultant. Michael then transitioned into the role of Implementation Consultant at Serrala from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Solutions Architect at Serrala until September 2018. Currently, they serve as the Principal Solutions Architect at Serrala starting from October 2018. Additionally, between 2012 and 2016, Michael worked as a Technical Writer & Translator.

Michael Koehler earned a Master's degree in Intercultural Communication (Translation & Interpreting) from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, attending from 2003 to 2008.
