Chan Yiwei, Shane has worked in various roles in the past decade, beginning with a Management Trainee role at Ambassador Flowers and Gifts in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Phase One as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for corporate marketing communication management and marketing materials sourcing and production. In 2017, they joined Wink Group as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for setting up the brand image and strategic marketing planning and execution. In 2018, they joined RIB Software SE as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for marketing and communication management according to the global B2B strategic planning. In 2020, they joined Serstech AB as a Business Development Manager, China. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at Tango Digital, where they are responsible for helping global brands monitor market conversations, analyse consumer sentiment, and safeguard their brand images 24/7 digitally.

Chan Yiwei,Shane has a Bachelor of Arts from South China Normal University, graduating in 2010 after studying Communication from 2006-2010. Chan then went on to obtain a Master of Social Science (M.S.S) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2011, specializing in Advertising.
