SERTEM is a Senegalese enterprise that was started in 1998. During its first few years, the company was an exclusive sub-contractor of civil and electrical engineering services to French multinational FOUGEROLLE (today EIFFAGE). As management looked to diversify its activities, SERTEM gradually grew to become a renowned fully integrated designer - builder and real estate developer in West Africa.

Driven by our uncompromising stance for quality and by our passion for challenges, our ambition is to elevate the concept of urban development in Africa. We strive to imagine and build urban landscapes, that are beautiful, refined, functional, durable, and harmonious, and that meet the highest standards of quality for places to live, work, play, and relax.

It is with that mindset that we have built over the past few years more than 120,000 m2 of first grade residential, office, commercial, and industrial real estate.

The services we provide to our clients and partners include conceptual and design advisory, project financing advisory, project management, civil and electrical engineering, construction, real estate advisory, and asset management.

With our premier developments, we offer exclusive properties for sale and rent in prime African locations.

We are present in Senegal, Mali, and soon in Ivory Coast.
