Ritika Happy has extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance across various financial and insurance projects. At Westpac, from August 2014 to November 2018, Ritika served as a Test Analyst focusing on automation in the EDocs project, which facilitated e-signatures for loan approvals, and previously as a Batch Analyst executing test batches for data synchronization. Following her tenure at Westpac, Ritika worked as a Senior Analyst Quality Engineer at National Australia Bank and a Senior Test Analyst at Allianz, where Ritika contributed to a claims management system in the insurance domain. Currently, as a Test Lead at Kolmeo, Ritika oversees end-to-end testing delivery, managing complex projects while standardizing testing processes. Ritika continues to advance in the field as a Test Team Lead at SERV since July 2024. Academically, Ritika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sathyabama University.
