Kristel Bogaerts has extensive experience in social policy, currently serving as a Policy Advisor for Social Protection at SERV/Stichting Innovatie & Arbeid since October 2013. In this role, Kristel advises the Flemish government and parliament on social and economic issues as part of an independent public agency. Previously, Kristel worked as a Researcher at the University of Antwerp's Center for Social Policy from October 1998 to September 2013. Kristel holds a Licentiate degree in Political and Social Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
