Leen Baisier has extensive experience in academic research, primarily within the field of sociology. Currently serving as a researcher at SERV - Sociaal Economische Raad van Vlaanderen / StIA - Stichting Innovatie & Arbeid since March 1990, Leen has previously held research positions at KU Leuven's Faculty of Social Sciences and the Centrum voor Vrouwenstudies at the University of Antwerp. With a solid educational foundation, Leen holds a Master's degree in Sociology, specializing in Labour and Industrial Relations from KU Leuven.
