Subsequently, at ACNA S.A. from 2011 to 2019, multiple roles as Responsable de service and Responsable d’exploitation showcased skills in team management, process optimization, and economic piloting with a notable impact on operations, including a successful management of significant revenue and workforce. Currently at SERVAIR as Responsable d’exploitation since 2020, Sofiane oversees production and delivery operations, integrating substantial activity increases while maintaining profitability.
