Matt Allen

Matt Allen serves as a Technical Implementation Coordinator at Servant Keeper, overseeing technical implementation and onboarding for new customers while engaging in technology projects and business process improvements. Previously, Matt held positions at Maximus, including Senior Contact Center Supervisor, where oversight of operations for a large team was key, and Call Center Supervisor, where responsibility for quality standards and HR tasks was paramount. Early career experience includes roles as Lead Pastor and Teacher at a local church, and various positions within Maximus, contributing to training and development efforts. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Lansing Community College.
