John Zerfas

John Zerfas currently holds the position of Director, Secondary Market Initiatives at Servco Pacific Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this, John served at Daimler Trucks North America from July 2013 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships across 43 dealerships and leading a project to enhance sales processes. John also has experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, building financial models and fine-tuning budget processes for innovation initiatives, and as a Financial Analyst focusing on engineering work releases and cost analysis. Early career experiences include internships at GFI Group and a role as a Computer/Table Specialist at Best Buy, along with military service in the US Navy, where John achieved recognition for outstanding leadership and logistical management on the USS Enterprise. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Portland State University, completing studies there from 2010 to 2013.
