Jill Benson

Jill Benson is currently the Director of Training and Development at SERVCON, where they lead initiatives to enhance educational practices. Previously, Jill held various positions, including Head of Training and Development and Office Manager at the same company, and served as a Literacy Facilitator and Reading Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. With a solid educational background, Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and a degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Coastal Carolina University, as well as a Master's degree in Reading and ongoing studies in Elementary Education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Their extensive experience in teaching spans seven years, predominantly in elementary education.
