At Serve, we provide experienced, reliable event staff across Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset, supporting festivals, weddings, venues, and large-scale events.

We know that when events get busy, everything comes down to execution. Long queues, stretched teams, and last-minute gaps can quickly impact both the guest experience and revenue.

That’s where we come in.

We provide event-ready teams across:
• Bar staff (fast-paced service, tills, stock handling)
• Supervisors & bar managers
• Front of house teams
• Event crew and customer-facing roles

Whether you need a few extra hands or a full team on the ground, our staff integrate quickly and keep things running smoothly.

We work closely with venues, caterers, and event organisers across the South West, providing flexible, local staffing that removes pressure and delivers consistent service.

If you’ve got events coming up and need support, we’d love to chat.
