YS Lee has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources (HR). Starting in 1991, they served as a C&B/ER/IR Manager at Nestle Korea. YS then moved on to Microsoft Korea, where they held the position of Head of HR until 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as the Head of HR, Korea & HR Business Prime for Global Accounts at Nortel Networks. YS Lee then joined Cisco Systems as the Head of HR for Japan & Korea, later becoming the Head of HR Korea and Asia HQ HR BP. YS worked at ADT Korea, serving as the Chief HR Officer and Vice President, and as the Regional HR Director at Tyco. In 2014, they joined Microsoft again, this time as the HR Director/Head of HR, Korea. YS then worked at HSBC as the Head of Human Resources, Korea before transitioning to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the Head of HR, Korea. Currently, YS Lee works at SERVEONE Co., Ltd. as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
YS Lee holds a BA from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and an MA in HRD from Chung-Ang University. Their education history also includes studying at Sungkyunkwan University.
