Justin Rianda

Justin Rianda is the Director of Quality at Legrand DPC, bringing extensive consulting and senior management experience across various sectors including operations, manufacturing, and logistics. They have a strong background in quality management systems, process improvement, and risk analysis, supported by 15 years of military training in leadership and operations. Currently, Justin also serves as a Substitute Teacher with the Washoe County School District and Bishop Manogue Catholic High School, where they instruct K-12 students in diverse subjects. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Quality Manager at Arrow Electronics and Senior Management Consultant at The Rianda Company. Justin holds a BA in General Studies with a focus on Political Science and History from the University of Nevada, Reno.
