Ehsan has held positions at several leading companies, including Serverfarm, Digital Realty, and Amazon Web Services, where responsibilities included monitoring server performance, managing critical alarms, and executing maintenance protocols for electrical and mechanical systems. With experience in customer communications and incident response, Ehsan has demonstrated expertise in maintaining optimal environments for data center infrastructure and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently, Ehsan serves as a Critical Site Engineer at Serverfarm following the acquisition of Element Critical's data center.
