Tim Scott is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in real estate and corporate governance. Currently serving as General Counsel at Serverfarm since August 2021, Tim has held significant roles such as Senior Counsel at Albert & Coss LLP, where complex joint ventures for Panattoni Development Company were managed. Tim founded Scott Law, representing businesses and investors in various transactions, and was previously a partner at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, focusing on commercial real estate matters. Tim's earlier experience includes positions at Korn/Ferry International and Morrison & Foerster LLP, specializing in telecommunications negotiations. Tim began a legal career at Adams, Duque & Hazeltine LLP. Tim holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Scranton.
