Johan Schoeman

Johan Schoeman is a dedicated professional in training management with extensive experience in security and parking services. They served as the National Training Manager at GTM Training and Placements from 2012 to 2014, before becoming the Training and Development Manager at Laus Deo Training Consultants & Project Managers, where they focused on project management and skills development from 2014 to 2016. Johan has held the position of Head of Operational Training at Servest SA since 2016, where they develop and implement learning programs and manage training administration. Additionally, they have previous experience as the Director of Training and Development at Sentinel Security Academy and as a Director at CISTO Training and Consulting. Currently, Johan is pursuing a B.Agric at the University of the Free State and a B.Proc at the University of South Africa.
