Servgard unlocks the benefits of blockchain for the building industry supply chain, encumbered globally by Billions of US dollars in contract disputes, compromised quality and corruption.
The Servgard contracting ecosystem is designed to enhance the probity and performance of the commercial construction industry. Through customizable blockchain features, and the utility of the Servgard coin (SVG) within the platform, builders and sub-contractors are rewarded instantly for productivity and upon verification of building regulatory compliance. Building regulators, industry bodies and engineers define contract conditions and post construction performance criteria. Stakers of SVG coin are platform participants and members of the Servgard community who believe in Servgards vision. We aspire to move toward decentralized funding of high quality, global economic development projects in frontier economies, removing dependence on global, centralized institutional lenders.
