Jeff Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jeff started their career as a Sales Representative at Communication Solutions Int'l Inc. (CSII) in 1990, where they were responsible for securing phone equipment contracts and providing customer training. In 1992, Jeff joined Quest Communications as a Field Agent Trainer, supporting new dealers nationwide. Jeff then transitioned to Verizon Business in 1993 as an Account Manager, where they supported enterprise business accounts, providing solutions to improve network efficiency and cut costs. In 2011, Jeff joined CenturyLink as a Global Account Manager, managing network connections for multiple enterprise businesses and implementing various technology solutions. Currently, Jeff works at Serviam - Technology Vendor Management as a Client Relationship Manager, where they support existing clients and develops relationships with enterprise leaders.

Jeff Smith attended Truman High School from 1981 to 1984. Jeff then went on to the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1984 to 1987, where they pursued a degree in Business. Later, from 1987 to 1989, Jeff attended The University of Kansas and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business.
