Mike Lipic

Co-Founder at Serviam

Mike Lipic has more than 21 years of telecom experience in pricing, negotiation, finance, and operations. Before co-founding Serviam, he was the Vice President of Product Management for Qwest’s Business Markets Group. He managed the 70-person pricing team responsible for negotiating the pricing and terms on Qwest’s largest commercial and wholesale contracts. Mike brings the wealth of knowledge he gained in this role to bear as he seeks fair pricing and contract terms for clients. He can speak a language with vendor representatives which unlocks greater possibilities than that of an ordinary sales rep or agent.

While at Qwest, Mike also launched and was named General Manager of Qwest’s Wholesale Long-Distance Trading Desk, a new and innovative sales and support model that dramatically improved the performance and profitability of Qwest’s long-distance business.

Before Qwest, Mike’s experience included roles in mergers/acquisitions, corporate investment, and corporate finance with Ameritech, CoreExpress, and Baxter International. He is a CPA, and he earned a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.

Mike, his wife Evelyn, and five children live in Denver and enjoy all the activities of the Colorado outdoors.
