Danny Roach

Danny Roach has significant experience in CRM, analytics, and database management. Danny is currently serving as the Director of CRM & Analytics at Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning NorCal since January 2021. Previously, they worked at the Oakland Athletics from 2014 to 2020, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Business Analytics, Manager, Business Analytics, Manager, Database Services, and CRM/Database Coordinator. In these positions, Danny was responsible for pricing decisions, data analysis, lead generation, lead assignment, and sales campaign management. Danny also worked as a Business Analytics Intern at the New Orleans Pelicans in 2014 and as a Corporate Partnerships/Marketing Intern at Aztec Sports Properties in 2013. Prior to that, they were a Government Affairs Associate at The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers from 2010 to 2013, where they handled legislative research, correspondence, and represented the organization at Congressional hearings and fundraisers. Danny's early career includes a role as a Purchasing & Accounts Payable Assistant at UCLA Athletics from 2008 to 2009.

Danny Roach obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Danny later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at San Diego State University from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Danny Roach has obtained several certifications, including "Learning Python" from LinkedIn in December 2020, "R Programming" from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2016, and "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" from Coursera Course Certificates in October 2016.
