John Dumas, USMC (Ret) MBA, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in business and leadership development, operations, and strategic planning. After serving as a Senior Advisor in the US Marine Corps, Dumas transitioned to the role of Deputy Director at The Arc of Frederick County, where they developed strategic plans and improved department efficiencies. Currently, as President and CEO of Service Coordination, Dumas oversees agency programs, implements policies for underserved populations, and leads initiatives for community program planning. Dumas holds an MBA in Finance and Leadership from Mount Saint Mary's University.
