Dave Lowery has extensive experience in technical support and field service roles, beginning with service as a 92A in the US Army from 1997 to 1998 at Camp Casey, Korea. Following military service, Dave worked at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from 1999 to 2001, providing deskside support. From January 2003 to July 2007, Dave was a Field Service Technician at Northrop Grumman Information Technology, where responsibilities included working as a Field Service Engineer and desk side technician. Since July 2007, Dave has been employed as a Field Service Tech at Service Express, where a focus on SEI's Four Core Objectives and excellent customer service has facilitated effective repairs of mid-range and mainframe computer systems, consistently enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering repeat service relationships.
